Condition of Returned Items Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. 3. Refund Timelines For Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid returns, refunds are credited directly to your verified Bank Account or UPI within 3-5 business days upon warehouse quality inspection by Toral Enterprise.
